This is so good, thank you for the insightful and poignant response. I have often been surprised to be praised for my integrity. It's never been something I force myself to do, so I guess it is quite natural. As you say, the hard part is when it stands in the way of success, but then again, if one cares for integrity, integrity is never really in question.
