This is excellent. It is in my nature to question things and to think out loud, and I've got into trouble for it. We must be willing to speak just as loud to acknowledge when we were at fault as we do when voicing our opinion. That said, as you point out, some are just waiting to pounce on us, the frenemies you mention. They've no interest in growing together but in establishing their high ground. I've no interest in them either.
