I am so glad to hear this, honestly. Once a very good friend of mine and I ended up pairing up because we had to and came up with a rathe radical but brilliant solution: we didn’t exactly work together; instead, each of us would do the work one week and the other would correct it. 100% trust, 100% independence. I don’t think it’s a great model for many, but it did wonders for us!
