100%! That is exactly it, isn’t it? It’s knowing that we’re only as good as those around us because it cannot always be us and it cannot always be them. Surrounding ourselves with those who make us better is critical, and we should make them better too, level up. It is the good sort of competition, not the one that confronts us to the others, but the one that makes us all grow and improve our game.
